These Terms govern access to and use of the messaging platform and APIs (the "Services") provided by Victory Telecom, Inc. ("Victory"). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Victory provides business messaging and related APIs to authorized customers. Access requires an account issued by Victory or its administrators.

Acceptable use and compliance

• You must send only messaging for which you have obtained proper consent, and you must comply with all applicable laws and rules, including the TCPA, CTIA messaging principles, and 10DLC / carrier requirements.
• You must honor opt-out requests and must not send messages to recipients who have opted out.
• You must not send unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content, including messages in restricted categories not permitted by carriers.
• You must not exceed registered throughput or attempt to evade carrier filtering.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send, for the accuracy of registration information you provide (including brand and campaign details), for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Fees

Usage is billed according to the rates and terms agreed with Victory. Fees are payable in accordance with your account terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for non-payment, or as required by carriers or law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks and is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
